Palette Closet is an AI-powered personal styling application that helps users organize their wardrobe, discover their color season, and receive outfit suggestions based on their personal style profile.

3. Subscription and Payments

Palette Closet offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription at $5.99/month or $49.99/year. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Free Tier Limitations

Free users may upload up to 30 wardrobe items and receive up to 3 outfit suggestions, 3 fit checks, and 3 AI chat sessions per day. Pro subscribers receive unlimited access to all features.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to Palette Closet. By uploading content, you grant Palette Closet a limited license to store and display your content within the Service. We do not use your personal photos to train AI models.

6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Palette Closet — including the AI styling system, design, and branding — are owned by Palette Closet and protected by copyright law.

Palette Closet is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI styling suggestions will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Palette Closet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
